                        User Interface Design


The important fact considered when creating UI is the user-friendliness.. what kind of users use over learning tool? what are their goals? How the system should be developed in order to achieve their goals?
UI must be useful and easy to learn. 
Text size should be at least 11 points so that it is legible to read at a typical viewing distance without text zooming.
The continuous monitoring of the user and the interactions with the UI would help to understand where the user might have questions or difficulties, and could be even built more beneficial UI which helps the user to interact easily with it.
The user must be aware of the application developer and the user must get clear instructions to interact with UI... The reuse principle Create consistency and use common UI elements.

2.       The simplicity principle.
3.       The visibility principle.
4.       The feedback principle.
5.       The tolerance principle.
6.       The reuse principle

Nyquist Sampling Theorem A continuous time signal can be represented in its samples and can be recovered back when sampling frequency f s  is greater than or equal to the twice the highest frequency component of message signal. fs ≥2 fm The Nyquist Theorem, also known as the sampling theorem, is a principle that engineers follow in the digitization of analog signals. For analog-to-digital conversion (A DC ) slices, called  samples , of the analog w aveform  must be taken frequently. The number of samples per second is called the sampling rate or sampling frequency. Article 05 Learning Tool For Piano, Steel Drum, And Harp Over the past century, there have been many advances in the music industry and in educational practices. This article is based on the piano, the steel drum and the harp created by Politehnica University of Bucharest (PUB), Romania. This is a software tool which allows the users to play a virtual instrument and afterward to listen to their own progress. The application was developed using  Java technology. The main screen of the application is available in figure 1. This application is designed just as straightforward.
